Lee was contacted for duct cleaning, but quoted a system repair / replace, he did well with material pricing and adhering to discussed plan forward for our service call. Rain and heat slowed him down but he did a great job fulfilling requests and providing information about projects status. Was very professional along the way. No complaints with the quality of work in my older home.

I called Lee in the middle of the night because I smelt something burning and the heater turned itself off and the light was blinking on my furnace. He was friendly, helpful and took time to explain things to me. Which gave me peace of mind . He came early the next morning, took care of the problem which was the filter and didn't charge me anything. He gave me great prices on some other gas pipes and water lines that I need to have done. I called Duct Busters and scheduled a 9am appointment for today. I had an emergency with my dog in the morning and thought id have to cancel. Lee worked with me and rescheduled later in the day! He came in explained everything he was going to do thoroughly before he got started. He updated me along the way and showed me photos of my ducts. I wouldn't even give this business one star if Google didn't force you to do it. Never once the respond and then talks himself up great big about how good he is. Takes 3 weeks to get a quote on a job and after he does the quote, which he wasn't on time for, two weeks later he notifies that after he was going to do the job he decided he wasn't going to. Absolutely fantastic. Our Ac went out, next day he was here diagnosed the issue at no charge. Duct Busters free service calls are a life saver. They saved us from paying an expensive service charge over a blown fuse. 10/10 I will be calling them first for an other hvac needs.
