Got scammed, a company rep reached out to me on Facebook after I posted that I was looking for duct cleaning services. The person who messaged me was name Jorge Zavala. I was pitched a $200 service which listed everything that was included. When I asked what machine they use and how they agitate the ducts, Jorge explained in great details what the process was. Total rip off and scam from the get go! After a 5 minutes inspection ($32), wanted to charge me $600 to clean a new fireplace that had only been used for 1 winter. Also wanted to charge me extra to “seal stones” in fireplace, which are not to be sealed!!! DO NOT USE!!!
This company has very shady business practices. The techincian here in Pompano Beach chargedus $300 for a simple Dryer Vent Clean and did not want to leave an invoice. Called the company several times, they never rurned my calls or messages.
