The actually answer the phone on the weekend. I called several companies and they were the first to actually answer! I has no power to my home and Joe came over and had me up and going in time for lunch! Thanks Joe
We had an amazing experience with Ducote Air Heat & Electric. They were very fast with no problems. I would recommend they to everyone.
Prompt response! Great service! They came out and repaired my generator. I expected to pay an arm and a leg but there were very reasonable.
Was charged $100 for the technician to stay about 20 minutes. There was nothing wrong with my AC except a bad thermostat which was changed by my husband. Seems like an awful lot to pay for such a short time and very little actually done.
They responded promptly to my telephone call. The service man came exactly when they promised, he quickly identified the problem and made the necessary repairs in a prompt and efficient manner. I will definitely call them again the next time I have any electrical needs.
