Had my lens repaired incredibly quickly.
Didn't deliver our order in time. Ending up being extremely expensive to fix and sort out last minute.
We had a a bad experience where our order said it was coming overnight, and now it’s saying a week. It ended up making a shoot for us much more expensive and requiring us to scramble for alternative rentals. Our experience was extremely poor and even when we called they argued about shipping dates till we showed them on the website and they said, "We'll have to change the website." but refused any kind of discount or to help in literally any way at all.
Honestly, amazing costumer service. Everyone was a delight. Thanks for your help every step of the way.
