Duclos Lenses is amazing. I discovered this week. We were in a bind because we had 4 days to get a set of premium lenses, have the mounts swapped out, and shipped to us before our upcoming shoot. They did it in 2 days (we received the lenses on the second day). They were so responsive via email and just downright helpful—I haven't seen this level of service in a long time. A special shoutout for both Matthew and Nathan who helped make this happen. We could not be more pleased.
Had my lens repaired incredibly quickly.
Didn't deliver our order in time. Ending up being extremely expensive to fix and sort out last minute.
We had a a bad experience where our order said it was coming overnight, and now it’s saying a week. It ended up making a shoot for us much more expensive and requiring us to scramble for alternative rentals. Our experience was extremely poor and even when we called they argued about shipping dates till we showed them on the website and they said, "We'll have to change the website." but refused any kind of discount or to help in literally any way at all.
Honestly, amazing costumer service. Everyone was a delight. Thanks for your help every step of the way.
