Don’t bother going to this company for a pool. They will give you the complete runaround and take a lifetime to get anywhere with building a pool. Just for some background, we attempted to get a pool last summer from this company. It was taking forever to hear back from one of the workers who were going to be building our actual pool. Great service!
I went to Ducky’s on a mission to install reliable heater for my stock tank pool. I found a pricey spa heater and got information over the phone about what electrical work I would need done first which was all correct. The pump I had ended up not being strong enough to work with the heater so Ducky’s manager Jeff helped me get a new one and preassembled it for me. I still needed a pro to install it though. Always very helpful too answer questions and surprisingly have all the parts we need to repairs.
We had a great experience on selecting and buying our Hot Tub. Their expertise and service is fantastic. It is always pleasant in the showroom when buying accessories or chemicals. One request I have was to shop on line, have maintenance products shipped to the house. Jeff has texted me saying that is in the process.
