Huge help. They are a warranty center for both Hayward salt cells and Polaris pool cleaners. I was able to get two issues taken care of with great professionalism. First time here but I will be back.
When duckies first opened, I love them. I switch from Clearwater to duckies but my last few experiences were not good. The young gentleman testing the water gave me completely wrong information that would’ve totally screwed up my pool. Also, wanted to have an electric heater installed in my inground pool and they never did get back with me on the estimate. Looks like I’m going back to Clearwater pools with my business.

The Ducky's team is so prompt and efficient with all of our supply and ordering needs. Pricing is very competitive! My condo building began working with them in the summer of 2022, and it has been a game changer! So glad our pool vendor we switched to that summer recommended Ducky's to us!
