I get my water tested at Ducky’s often and the techs are always so friendly and willing to help! The rest of the staff is also super friendly. They’re great!
I will drive an hour every time to use this company for my spa needs. Why? Customer service and care which you cannot find these days. Staff is friendly, informative and most helpful going out of their way every single time. It’s not just one employee or a fluke. Tanner, Jeff and Lucy have helped us tremendously time and time again over the past few months with our new Harmonic H2810L. Thanks for hiring such wonderful people!
Ducky’s is the only place to go for pool needs
It's a really nice store with friendly staff, but their phone interface leaves a lot to be desired. You have to listen to a bunch of options before you get all the way to the end of the options to tell you the press zero to talk to somebody, and when you press it you get directed to nowhere. The first option should be to press 1 to speak to somebody in the showroom, and then it should never go to a voicemail during operating hours.
