The cleaning Duckeys did to my car was good but they missed my sunroof in and out. And they broke my rack in my trunk and didn't tell me. In fact, Duckeys attempted to cover up the broken rack. And the do not put things back together the way it was brought to them. But I've have been back several times after in other vehicle. And their cleaning is all around consistent.

Outstanding! Took our Yucon, not a small vehicle, and detail was perfection. I'm picky and normally do myself, but couldn't be more pleased. Every single piece of trim, carpet, inside door and back hatch panels, and even back glass hydraulic cylinders were clean. Had a great customer service experience with the front desk as well. Extremely happy.
My car was detailed in April for my birthday and I liked it so much that I decided to have it done again before we went on a road trip. The car looks and smells great, I can’t imagine how long it would have taken me to do half as good of a job.
