I went to this location to get a membership for Ducky’s. I was told that I would not be charged again if I did not go onto the website and create an account/add my card. I ended up not using the membership again, so I never bothered going online to create an account. Fast forward six months and they’ve been charging me $40 a month for the membership without my knowledge. Good value join the montly club to achieve best performance wash price. Not a full serve wash, self serve vacuum and dry.
I’ve used this car wash numerous times over the years and never had such a terrible result. Granted I paid for the basic wash but felt like the car was solely washed with water since I had so many dirty spots remain—took me about 15 minutes using one of their rags to clean them off my roof and hood. An associate came to check on me but said it would take numerous washes to get those off—not true. I could see maybe one or two remaining, just not the volume I had. Looks like I won’t be going there any longer.
