I am sitting out here waiting to see if anyone is actually working here since the hours say open 24 hours and it’s after 9 on a Friday and 40 degrees in Feb ( in Chicago that’s unusual) so I would assume it may be a busy day… NO STAFF anywhere and the machines kept my money , WHO DO I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM OR WHO DO I COMPLAIN TO???
