Ducky's put 3 NOTICEABLE dents on the door crease on my Porsche Cayenne. I can see them from 30 feet away. (Can I put Negative Star?) The workers knows nothing about power doors/mirrors. They used their strong arms to force the doors/mirrors to open and close. I told them that there are buttons to open/close the trunk. They looked at me and continued to use their strong arms. They trashed my Cayenne.
Destroyed my BMW seat - no reimbursement! In September 2008, the Burlingame Ducky's "washed the dye" out of my BMW 540 seat. Store manager Brad Peters promised, in writing, to pay for the damage. It cost $300 to for Peter Pan to repair Three months later, promises by Sally Koen to send the reimbursement go unfulfilled, nothing. Ducky's can neither be trusted to do good work, nor to meet their obligations to customers.

Bad Karma...No Management Follow-up I have received good service in the past. Last time, the car was noticeably dirty, inside and out. I also experienced "lost" items from my car. I was told to add my name to the log of other customers names who had also" lost "items. After review of their camera tapes, you cannot see what is actually happening inside of the car. My car's not good enough? – I took my old crapy '93 Eclipse there today and had to re-clean the interior when I got home! I sat there and watched them spend a lengthy amount of time on all the Mercedes and SUVs. Then when it was time to wipe down the interior of my car they barely touched it. The windows were streaky, the dash was still dusty, and they didn't even do the passenger door at all which was the dirtiest part because someone had just spilled soda down it. TOO EXPENSIVE use coupons but terrible for my blue350Z Service was ok, to expensive and when they are busy you get a lower quality of service than when not. They also leave scratches in my clear coat. I just bought my new car and after 2 washes there i can see in the sun that there are scratches from washing. Now I have to find a detail shop to see how much it is to fix.
Great place to get a wash... and shoe shine For some reason I really enjoy going to Duckys. Very good car washing services. They also have a shoe shine attendant that can buff out your shoes while you wait. Tv, reading material and a whole store full of interesting nick nacks.

You are often able to locate savings coupons in the "throw away" ads that come in the mail and newspapers. Their quick but diligent work on your precious automobile is nothing but the best, and the price for the service provided, even before the coupons, is very reasonable.
Not a bad wash Depending on when you go, you can end up getting a really good wash and dry or a mediocre job of it. The wash is pretty consistent, it's just the details on the drying. Is it worth the full price, definitely not. Always remember to use their coupons.
