I had a wonderful experience with Ducks. My car broke down very unexpectedly at the foodlion in Raeford. When I called Ducks, they were understanding and very polite about my unexpected situation. My car was towed within the hour, on the lot and already looked at. They ordered the part on a Wednesday and my car was ready to be picked up by Tuesday the following week. Very professional and will be taking my car business to them from now on! Thank you again!!!
They are absolutely awesome! Very kind and very professional. Also, they did the work in a timely manner. We will definitely continue to bring our vehicles here and highly recommend you use Ducks too! We really appreciate them and the hard work they do!
