Im a landlord and just wanted electric turned back on. Been waiting 2 days. I needed to fill out app send it in and wait. 2 days later called and 1st lady said app not there. Resubmit app and hung up. I called back to talk with manager. Spoke with Mary Bryan. She was FANTASTIC. She not only went above and beyond for her customer but she found all the stuff I submitted. So helpful and kind even thru my frustrations. Thank you Mary!!! When u call Talk to Mary. Bypass the others that dont want to help.
