First Duck River is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau- big surprise there!(sarcasm) They come to tell me they are trimming my trees but split my 39 year old Magnolia into! I was horrified of the rules they were spouting off as they tell me what the NEW rules are about tree height! We had Pat come to do a energy assessment on our property. He was full of knowledge and found areas in our house that was not insulated. He was a pleasure to speak to and was knowledgeable on all areas of energy efficiency. We will call him back to re- assess our property.
They cut down trees on my property and then just threw them across my driveway! I’m a senior handicapped citizen but obviously courtesy not a priority for Duck River Electric Company.
