Great space! The gym is always clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The hours listed are for their cafe, and then if you're a gym member you have 24/7 access to their gym equipment. They have specials, they have classes to partake in, they run little meet up for mommas from time to time & provide an overall peaceful, welcoming space. Smoothies are top notch!
Duck duck juice is all around a fabulous gym, the aesthetic and vibe of the gym is so great, it’s like an adult playground. There's lots of equipment and variety of things to work with. It’s probably my favourite time of day coming to the gym 😊 10/10 would recommend! The 24 hr access really helps my shift work schedule as well. I’m
