I visited your 3610 F King St, Alexandria, VA location and... I placed a order for a cookies and cream milk shake, one Cinnabon donut, and a cookies & cream sundae. I started drinking the milk shake and notice something was off about it. I turn around in my truck and headed back to the store to let the clerk know. She immediately asks if I would like another one. I tell her no, some thing is not right with it, give me donuts instead.
