The 1st time I've been to a Duck Donuts🍩, love the Concept of Creating your Own Donuts. Mines was Glaze, Coconut 🥥 shavings n Raspberry Syrup.The "Razzlenut" I wanna call it 😋...The only Thing I wish there was more selection of Toppings and a CLEANER operating Area With All the STICKY condiments they have going On... I ordered online and stood watching customers come in, order, get their food, and leave before they started making mine. I asked twice and got ignored both times. 40 minutes for donuts and a coffee isn't worth it.
Last week, there was a glitch in the DD website- resulting in my pre-order being placed for same-day pick-up. After calling the location, the team member who answered and the supervisor were so helpful! They seamlessly moved my pick-up date and had the order ready for me at the time requested (very early pick-up for a large order). I truly appreciate their kindness and service! We will absolutely order again from this location for organization celebrations!
