There's literally no reason why one of the five people there at seven am couldn't answer the phone for a large order. I got there at 7:20.. four people standing around. I asked why nobody answered the phone. Got told it was "back there" with a laugh. Not sure why it was funny.. What I thought was funny was when he complained about it being so slow and the lack of business. I replied, you might want to answer your phone, because, you know .. duh.
