I visit this place at lot. But this location in Naggs Head didn't provide a good experience. I asked for a hot latte. She never mentioned after a certain time they don't make coffee. They just put out a coffee pot and you get cold milk which coll off the coffee. I got instead a cold latte with ice. I told the girl that is not what I wanted. She responded " oh sorry we dont make drinks after a certain time". Then didnt offer a refund. Must stop donut shop while on vacation! Donuts were made to order and delicious.
The donuts are awesome, the store is cute and the workers making the donuts are kind. 3 out of 5 stars for service simply because May that cashier, was not friendly. She was playing on her phone when we walked up to the counter. We stood there for about 3 minutes and she never acknowledged us. Instead she welcomed the guests behind us. Then she made an exaggerated sigh when I said hello and rolled her eyes. This place is good and we enjoyed it, just wish the customer service was better up front.
Great Donuts! Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.
