There's nothing like warm cake donuts and hot coffee in a 28 degrees weather. Staff very helpful.
Did an online pick up, but when I arrived at the store they were out of several toppings and drizzles. One of the toppings was my kids favorite and the reason we drove an hour to come for their birthday. I wish I would have made me aware on the website that they were out because I would have chosen a different location.
Ordered a dozen donuts and they were half the size of before! Same price! If you’re going to reduce the size at least let us know before paying full price.
I placed an order for a 10:45am pickup the night before - so I could be on time for an event close by - and I'm still waiting at 11am for the order that was never made. There's 1 singular employee working on a Saturday morning, I feel so bad for her. No idea where management is 🙄 Edit: Got my order at 11:15, THIRTY minutes after the scheduled pickup time. AND the order wasnt even correct. This is supposed to be the Christmas Cookie Dozen. Ridiculous.
Maple Bacon is a must! 🍩 If you are going to eat donuts and spike your sugar level, this is absolutely the place to do it. haha Duck Donuts makes everything fresh to order, so your donut comes out warm, soft, and dangerously good the second it hits your hands.
