Hot and fresh, and had complimentary water
I wish I could share something positive about this place. This is our closest donut shop, so we tried it out for the first time yesterday. The donuts were terrible. Not to mention they were scorching hot when they were finished and blistered the top of my mouth. But that’s not even the worst part, the service was just atrocious. I think maybe he said two words and could not wait for us to leave so he could get back to doing whatever he was doing in the back. I am so disappointed having high hopes for this place.
Little pricey for donuts but they were good. We tried their Halloween donut and they were good!
I don't normally write reviews and especially a bad one, but today's experience was one that I will never come back to this store. There was only one employee working at 8:30am and he did have several orders plus a doordash order. He was very slow and not particularly energetic about being there. After waiting 10 minutes in line to place my order, I waited another 18 minutes while other orders were worked on and even a customer came in after me and received their order.
