After hitting up the OG Duck donuts in Duck, NC we figured we'd taste up the same locally. I'll start with the positive, the donuts tasted great and that's all that should matter. We weren't able to checkout on the screen and had to go up to the counter and reorder, but they got our order right (it was a complicated order as the kids wanted every single sprinkle and drizzle under the sun 😂). Love the concept, the doughnut, latte, milkshake were good. The doughnuts are a what small. Like the size if a cookie, do good what a snack unless you get more than one. The atmosphere is nice, simple and plain inside. The thing that was the service. It wasn't busy when we visited and they messed up our order. Forgot our drinks, they were a little rude and definitely appeared as if they were irritated to be there.
Delicious and for majority of shifts being covered by only teens, they do a great job. Looking at these reviews..some people are clearly never happy. Before you slam a kid, think about how they could be better managed.
