I love duck donuts. The simplicity of the donut recipe (amazing plain or in a breakfast sandwich) and the versatility of toppings is what drives me here. The staff was very nice.
Good coffee and donuts however the employee didn’t greet me or tell me that they only take self service POS orders and not at the counter orders. I believe it was the “manager” ??? or something it was an Asian man speaking with a lisp he said “oh ma’am we only take orders at the POS self service tablet” while I know he saw me come in and approach the counter had me wait for a while FIVE minutes before opening his mouth.
