The people here are so nice, they included an extra donut in my order :) I got a strawberry shortcake donut and it was one of the best donuts I’ve ever had!
I love the doughnuts, but this location is lacking in customer service - I almost thought I was in a novelty restaurant where I would be paying to be ignored and given a hard time. The kid behind the register needs to be fired, although the older lady was very nice and I suspect she is probably tired of working with such a lazy coworker. He also picked at his ears in front of me and then handed me a cup, which I'm guessing is a health violation. Enjoy your sweets, Winston.
I’ve been here 5-6 times since they opened. 5-6 times I’ve asked for the bacon egg and cheese sandwich displayed on their menu. 5-6 times I’ve been told “we can’t make that today”. Take it off the menu or just be honest that you just don’t want to make it. Also, the kids behind the register have all been monumentally lazy and rude.
We ordered for donuts and breakfast sandwiches online, when we got there the sandwiches weren’t made because of oven trouble. They said they contacted the online team and they didn’t fix the issue. I wasn’t upset because things like that happen, I was upset because they knew we didn’t get the items and didn’t refund the money. The man when we called back they said they were too busy and we could call back later to refund the money.
