What kind of donut shop opens at 8am? I don’t care how good the donuts are, if you aren’t open by 6, you’re useless.
Was over charged but they made it right the next day, their donuts are awesome!
Its a bit slow, but to be expected when they're made in front of you! About 20-25 mins start to finish for a dozen with 2-3 other guests in the shop. About $20-$25 for a dozen as well. If you don't mind artisanal donuts where they will give you what they feel like making instead of what you ordered, then you'll be fine. If a shop has a pre-assorted dozen available for online order, but so many of the donuts are different from what you order, why are they charging an additional service and convenience fee? I could be more understanding if I hadn't stopped going here because I had this happen twice before (once with a pre assorted and once with a custom assorted).
