The donuts are awesome! Staff is great. Management even better. The new guy messed up one of my orders so the manager offered me a free coffee(for the wait, which I refused bc i didn't want it) and gave me the 1/2 dozen he messed up for free because it was going to go to waste anyways. This is my second time here and I'll make sure i stop at this shop whenever I go down to Hatteras Island(which is several times a year)!
Not a fan of the new kiosks to order from. I don't see how that is going to work in season. Miss not having the menu at the cashier's station(coffee area). Donuts still great, and staff making them is friendly and hard working. Will probably start trying to order online instead of kiosks during busy season.

The staff was extremely welcoming. The assistant manager, her name escapes me, was extremely fun & full of life. I had my Lil furbaby and they gave her a pup cup (whip cream) which is here favorite. Their is quite the selection of donuts. I didn't really care for them that's why I'm giving it a 4☆. I felt the toppings was overwhelming to the donut itself. I know others who love Duck Donuts.
