Oh boy I came here for Fathers Day to get my husband some surprise donuts. First bad sign was a huge line of people waiting to get their orders. Probably 8 people ahead of me. Went to the counter and wasn’t acknowledged by the three employees working that day, thankfully I just used context clues and realized I could order on the little kiosk. Service is very bad. Waited 1hr for half dozen donuts.
Got birthday donuts, fresh and warm and beautifully decorated.
Came just now on mother's day. Sent my son inside to pick up our online order. First of all he was waiting 10 minutes and no one asked if he can be helped... They were taking other people's orders ahead of him, even though he was standing right at the desk waiting patiently. 2nd, our order was not ready to be picked up. What's the point of ordering and paying online if we still have to wait in the store for them to make them?? Very disappointed and will not be coming back.
