Normally, Duck Donuts does a fantastic job and we love this location, but today's online order was a letdown. The donuts were picked up and found to be messy and unappetizing, completely lacking the care and quality control we usually see. Hoping this was just an anomaly!

Fresh and customizable
Oh boy I came here for Fathers Day to get my husband some surprise donuts. First bad sign was a huge line of people waiting to get their orders. Probably 8 people ahead of me. Went to the counter and wasn’t acknowledged by the three employees working that day, thankfully I just used context clues and realized I could order on the little kiosk.
