Customer service is horrible. The staff is not friendly.
6/24/26, 9:15 am. Store is non-description. Staff was uninterested in providing good service. Purchased one plain cake donut and one with cinnamon sugar. Both were gross and only tasted like grease. Terrible. $3/each - $6 into the garbage.
Loved looking at all the different ducks, even bought a couple. Enjoyed a fresh made donut and also took a box home. Duck Donuts beats Duncan Donuts. For quality and freshness hand over hand. Whatever that means but they are really, really good.
Food were good
Really bad customer service. Tried to order a donut in the nicest way possible and instead got yelled at by the rudest lady ever. Not even greeted or anything, the store was EMPTY but I guess I interrupted their conversation
