Your APP is awful! It should not be that difficult to place an online order! Donuts are great tho….. APP…. Not so much!
My 3 year old son really wanted to carry our donuts. He immediately spilled them all over the floor. The staff was so kind and patient. They remade our donuts at no extra charge and gave my son a rubber ducky to make him feel better since he was a bit embarrassed. Over the top customer service and turned what could have been a sad morning into a great one!
