From my experiences with other duck donuts this is definitely a great one, I have always loved the fresh donuts
Short version: Get better Customer Service training. Longer version: Ordered 2 donuts and 1 iced coffee. I waited at least 20 min for the coffee... watching the staff take care of every new customer that had walked in. I was the only one still sitting there after everyone left...Still no one asked what I was waiting on. After speaking up and receiving my coffee, all I got was a sorry.
