Visited Duck Donut while on vacation. We ordered a half dozen of different flavors. From entry we were greeted. The cashier was lack luster and didn't exude personality that was welcoming. When asked for her recommendations she pointed to the list. Although, that was helpful, it is nothing like getting suggestions from an employee. However, while waiting the young lady Clara served us with a smile, small conversation all while preparing our order. Kudos to this young lady who exuded excellent customer service. This was the second time i have had a bad experience at this williamsburg duck donuts!!! Last time for service and attitude, and lousy donuts, but this time all around! I went to try their donut dippers. Not only was the cashier very unfamiliar with them and couldn't even describe them, but didn't seem much interested in helping. I ordered half cinnamon and half glazed. They were all different sizes and much smaller than other donut places donut holes.
