I stopped by here expecting a treat, but the experience left a lot to be desired. The place felt disorganized and messy, and it took way longer than expected to get my order despite it not being very crowded. When I finally got the donuts, they were lukewarm and felt like they had been sitting around for a while rather than being fresh like I was promised. It was honestly a bit of a letdown after looking forward to it, and I probably won't be going out of my way to visit this location again.
Was not impressed but still never coming back ever the donuts were soggy and cold there was fly in it also met my low expectations plus service as well with crew and management was not helpful at all
Showed up at 12:30 hoping to order a dozen and a half fresh donuts for my daughter’s birthday and was turned away. Really disappointing experience, especially from a business built around making fresh donuts. It honestly felt less like a capacity issue and more like an employee simply not wanting to take on another order before closing. Customer service and willingness to help go a long way, especially for something as simple as a birthday order.
All of the Duck Donuts on the east coast where they originated have the doughnut fryer right up behind the counter so you can easily see your doughnut swimming down the oil like a little ducky. That's literally the entire gimmick behind the brand. Apparently the franchises in the KC area never got the memo and stuck their fryers on the back wall so you completely miss out on that experience. It's so strange.
Sadly we didn’t love it. Waited more than 15 minutes for our 3 donuts and there were only 2 people ahead of us. When we received the donuts they were still slightly doughy and very messy. Near our house but we probably won’t be back.
