Our milkshakes were milk with flavor. The doughnuts were gooey. Seemed not fully cooked. The management of the place seemed to put the only worker in a bad spot by himself. I felt sorry for the worker or I'd go back and demand a refund. Took almost 40 minutes for a dozen doughnuts and 2 milkshakes.
Very yummy! I especially liked the drink I had with the boba. That was really good.
Slow service and the donut icing was super grainy (chocolate, maple, and peanut butter were all this way) like it had been sitting too long. Mentioned this and they discussed it between the two workers and then continued to put together the next customers order and never addressed the issue. Maybe they disagreed but this made the donuts I spent way too much on very unappealing. Only the one vanilla I got looked good.
