The gentleman that took our order and payment the evening of August 16th, 2025 is rude and treated us like we were a nuisance because we had the nerve to ask a few questions as first time (and last) customers. If it weren't for the fact somebody we knew had just gotten out of the hospital and really wanted to try them, I would have left after the first time the guy grumble sighed and groaned "What else do you need to know? I have to check the fryer." Let alone the second time it was said after we asked a second question.
Put an online order for staff in the hospital for pickup at 8:00am on Friday. When I arrived the store was closed. Called and left message with no return call or email about my order. Currently having to dispute charge on credit card since I was charged when order was placed on Wednesday. Will not use them for future orders.
This is the 2nd time I've had this happen. I place an order last night for pick up at 7:30AM of a breakfast dozen. At check out I was charged 26.70 for the order. At 6:47AM the next day I received an email stating my order had been cancelled and I have not been charged. I checked my account and the charge was already pulled from my account when I had placed the order last night. When I left for work I drove by and it was closed still closed at 7:30AM.
