We've had a great experience with this place in the past, but our visit this morning was a major letdown. We placed an online order for pickup with a 20-minute ETA, which seemed reasonable. However, when we arrived to collect our order, the staff didn't verify its accuracy. It wasn't until we got home that we discovered several toppings were missing. I will never accept a delivery from this establishment again. I was scheduled to pick up an order at 10:05, the order wasn't started until after my arrival. The lady preparing the donuts seemed more interested in sharing her life story than completing the order. It took 12 minutes for them to decorate 6 donuts. When I asked the lady if she could talk less work more. The manager said they had 30 minutes to decorate.
