We came in Thursday evening. I had the best experience. The donuts were fresh and delicious 😋
Duck Donuts is under new ownership and I couldn't be happier with the service I got they went way above and beyond. Still the best Donuts in this area.
I ordered donuts for pick up on Nov 2, I got to the store to pick them up and they were closed. A sign said they would refund web orders on Monday. They did not. I called the store today (the phone number on google is incorrect) and was told the owner would handle it "when she came in." Shouldn't it have been handled on Nov 3 as promised. I gave my name and asked if he needed any other information from me (phone number? amount?) and....he just hung up. **Update. Still no contact and no refund. We stopped by at 10:45 on a Wednesday and they were closed. It’s not my favorite donut place but my tween daughter enjoys them.
