I’ve eaten many donuts from this location. They were tasty. I’ve had quite a few service issues with their staff being rude by refusing to acknowledge customers or inform them about what to expect with regard to wait times. I’ve experienced it personally and witnessed it done to others. I was considering going back this morning, after a long hiatus, as I have to be in that area for an errand. The donuts were warm and soo perfectly made. I wish there was a location closer on the Northeast side. The staff are always super friendly as well. Worth the drive for us!
