On Oct 12, I came to this Durham location for a pick-up around 8:30. I was told the order would take 5-10 minutes. I quietly waited 10 minutes. A girl in blue T-shirt was only one working in the kitchen and she was on the phone from time to time. After 10 minutes, DoorDash App reminded me that if the order was late, I need to communicate to the customer.
