I went to duck donuts on 3/31/26 to order some yummy donuts for my son’s birthday, and the staff was HORRIBLE. Not friendly all, did not smile, did not welcome us in NOTHING. The young man with all the piercings and blond hair who started 1-2 months ago who attended us at the cashier was very rude, he actually looked stoned, and had a bad attitude! I am So upset with my visit, and how that turned out for my sons birthday dessert!
Seems like this place is dying. The employees do not seem to have a happy disposition. It seems like all them are there because that the only job they can get and they don't want to be there. Sense of urgency is dead there.
It's a clean huge Doughnut shop with some tables to sit inside the shop. Family owned with lovely and friendly staff. They have a great variety of freshly made Donuts.
