Extremely slow service and over priced. Got half of the order wrong. Took nearly 30 minutes from the time the food was ordered until we finally got our correct order. Would not recommend.
Owner is a nice person. We had a falling out that was my fault. If I could, I'd apologize. She may not understand my mental issues but, that's not her fault. The donuts are delicious by the way. I'm sorry. Lisa
We went today to try Duck Donuts for the first time. I walked in carrying a coupon that I received in the mail from a local realtor who I know prsonally. Before I even made it to the counter, the girl at the register said "I have bad news for you, we're under new management and won't take your coupon". I said are you kidding? I just drove an HOUR to get here and you won't honor the coupon? She said no, sorry. I refused to even try the product. Order 1/2 dozen donuts, I was the only person in the store at the time and I waited for 20+ minutes for my donuts, watching people who came in after me get their donuts first (they also had ordered 1/2 dozen). I also asked for a latte as it is on the menu and the man working said they only do hot coffee or bottled beverages?
