This was my second time ordering online. The first experience was great, everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, the second time wasn’t the same—our order wasn’t followed, and we weren’t informed of any changes. We also paid extra for birthday wrapping, which wasn’t provided. Disappointing, especially because the donuts themselves are amazing. They're not cheap, so I expected a higher level of service. The donuts are ok, they are made to order, they come out hot and fresh, which is a great thing. Without the toppings, the donuts taste mid.
