First experience is everything to keep customers coming back. I ordered a half dozen assorted online came in a bit early so I told them to take their time cause I know I was early. I wasn’t greeted at all instead I was just stared at by the cashier while she picked in her ears and wiped the wax on her apron. DISGUSTING!! (I hope she wasn’t making donuts!) I went opening weekend and so the wait time was expected. I have never been before so it was exciting to learn about the process and see the menu of options. I was not disappointed.
I was not aware that the donuts were made to order. Got a half a dozen to share. Was really happy with the one I picked and no one was disappointed. They are a bit smaller than an average donut but that didn't make them taste any worse. It was about an hour ride so won't be a regular thing.
