We love this place! So grateful to have them at Waterside. The owner is a great person who cares about his business and costumers.
I order online August 12th Almost a week ago, and I had an email Saying duck donuts has their fall stuff in stock order today so I ordered online and we got there 30 minutes later and Gorge the manager said “we don’t have any of the stuff you ordered online in stock would you like anything else” and we said no we’d like a refund and he said “ok I’ll do it right now it’ll take up to 48 hours” so we trusted it and went off with our day almost a week later I didn’t get a refund so I called today the 17th and a girl picked up wi... read more
Really a nice experience. It’s a nice shop with exceptional service and the fresh made to order concept is really nice. Sweet treat for the kids and adults alike. I recommend supporting this small business!
