I stopped by Duck Donuts early in the morning to pick up donuts for my work crew and several clients. The posted opening time was 6:00 AM, but when I arrived the doors were locked. I waited until about 6:20 AM and could clearly see an employee inside the store, but the doors were never unlocked and there was no explanation or update posted. The prices in store are more expensive than online, the menu online is different from the menu in store, and it kept trying to cancel my order for inactivity when I was actively scrolling and trying to order. This was overall super frustrating and doesn't make me want to come back.
Customer service sucks!!!!!! Three workers making the same order no acknowledgment of the customer’s waiting to order!!!!!!! Trust and believe they won’t get my money!!!!!!!
Great place, many options for donuts. Kids love all of the different flavors but usually just stick to the chocolate iced with sprinkles. Great service, kind people. Would recommend to a friend
