Ordered a pick up and the wait time was almost hour. I get there after hour and 5minutes and my half dozen is still not done and the workers are just in the back laughing and playing around.
I’m sorry. I’m not the type to leave a negative review but the service is like they do NOT like their job. I have been several times thinking it would improve and I seem to get the same person that’s in there and the donuts at this specific location has no love put into them. They are sloppy and FLAT. Highly disappointed. But the area is nice. And I repeat NO other locations do this.
Need to be renamed Right Now Donuts! Because you have to eat them within 20 minutes of purchase. This isn’t a reflection on the owner but more so on the franchise. Sorry, but I wouldn’t call these donuts. They’re more like pancakes than donuts. Great location, reasonably priced, and a fair amount of variety.
Ordered online then ate in the store. Donuts were ready when we got there and we had a nice time munching on donuts for a bit. Place was clean and the kids enjoyed themselves. Had no issues at all and will probably come again since it was so smooth
