We got forced through Produce Alliance into using United Salad. Do not trust the most recent reviews from several years ago, this company is by far the worst produce company I’ve used in 20 plus years of Restaurant Management. They are constantly understaffed due to poor management/routing, they for whatever reason like to have their drivers on different routes everyday (hmm wonder if that’s why they never have enough drivers).
