i’ve been going to this establishment since 1990 and I still cannot get over their albacore tuna sandwich. But everything you have at the duck is so amazing.

I am done. They still don't get it nor is there much of any sandwich quality control. Ordered the ONLY thing I get - their albacore on light rye. Asked order taker to PLEASE have it double wrapped so it won't get soggy or dried out. Of course I get home within 10 minutes of the sandwich being made. The bottom piece of bread (ordered their "mini sandwich) was hard as a rock, just what I DID NOT want to eat. Who does the QC, AI perhaps? Into the trash and out with this stale old place that does need retiring in my opinion.
