We use micro suction, to remove wax which is a considered a much safer way than syringing. Not good at all!!! She (I'm sorry ,I can't remember her name) looked at both and charged £10 less because the left ear had very little wax. However the right did need doing. I couldn't believe it took less than one minute. She didn't show me the the inside of my ear after it was supposedly done. It hadn't made very much of a difference to my hearing. Discovered Duchy Ear Care about three years ago when my hearing company stopped carrying out ear wax removal. They are easy to arrange appointments with & have short waiting times, unlike some that appear to think two months is acceptable. The wax removal has been carried out effectively & without fuss. When wax unexpectedly started to build up in one ear, shortly after a removal session, they were sympathetic & showed this by removing it at a much reduced price.
