This pharmacy is ghastly. No website, no online chat or means to communicate with them except over the phone like it's 30 years ago, they don't send status updates, can't really manage prescriptions online except through MyChart, which is inaccurate and says "fill in progress" for two days (even though it wasn't actually being filled), so I call them to find out what's going on and they tell me they don't have a prior authorization so they can't fill it, even though I requested one back in January and they filled it last mon... read more

They make claims about when rx will be ready, and it often is not. Sometimes I even get a text letting me know a med is waiting, and it's still not there! With no online system this means you need to actually call, often waiting on hold a long time, to confirm that the promised item is really there

They really screwed us over. They said they had the product and the script was filled. The next morning they messaged and said they did not have the product. I called CVS and they said they had the product. They wouldn't tell me how much. The script was for 3600 ml. They messaged later and the insurance was denied because UC had said they already filled it. It took hours to get straightened out.
