I waited on the phone for over 10 mins to speak with a pharmacist. Poor customer service.
Real time and visual screen prescription progress while medication is either ready, or being prepared. You actually see if your meds is ready during pickup or waiting. It makes the process a little easier.
Do Not Recommend this cancer treatment facility. The Specialist my relative was referred to by a Cancer Foundation specific to their illness is located at UCM DCAM. The Specialist was untruthful and regularly held back Vital Information which would have assisted my relative and their family in making better healthcare decisions going forward in their Treatment Plan.
