I don't know why I have never left a review for this office and staff... I was just recommending Dr. Duchman to a friend of mine. I want to say that he is one of the best cardiologist that we dealt with with my mother. Karen Odom. Not only was he amazing, but his staff was amazing! The level of care that he showed my mother, who was a very critical care patient with major heart problems was amazing! He kept her from having procedures that our area wanted her to have. Awesome Cardiologist with a calming personality, and great staff.
A family member of mine went by the office to get some information because you can't get a human to answer the phone. The purpose was to see what health insurance Dr. Duchman accepts. The front desk staff worker was very very rude. This was not the 1st time we have experienced the rude staff employee. If we didn't like the Doctor we would most likely look elsewhere for Healthcare.
