Staff are lovely and helpful Dr West is great
Will not be returning to this practice which is such a shame one rude brunette receptionist treating myself amd my two autistic adhd 3.5yo twins like we were not welcome being rude because my boys cant sit still and are loud made me feel like absolute crap when I was doing all I could to keep them contained
The doctor is very patient. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience at Duchess Medical Centre. Dr Megan Robertson really took the time to listen, understand my symptoms, explain everything clearly, and put a thorough plan in place. Could not recommend her more highly!
