Really disappointing experience with a doctor here. Not a supportive space for the LGBTQIA community. Avoid if you are seeking gender affirming care. The doctor went out of her way to make an uninviting and physically painful experience.
I called the surgery as I needed a prescription for some antibiotics and asked if they bulk billed and That im a visitor to the area , The receptionist said No they don’t and no one in Busselton bulk bills which is absolutely incorrect. There are a few doctors surgeries in Busselton that do bulk bill if you are a centerlink pensioner.. seems like the receptionist who answered my call needs to be updated with Information. Having just finished my root canal and crowning. I am absolutely satisfied with my appointments at the dentist. M.K and her assistant/s have been absolutely wonderful and open to explaining process they take during the procedure. The reception is very kind and fun to be around. Highly recommend.
