Whitney the owner not only has the utmost concern for making the experience as special as she can make it for the bride, she is very knowledgeable when it comes to finding the right dress. Witneigh was a delight to work with! She was keen on listening to what I envisioned while also sensibly giving me ideas on what would look great on me. She gave such helpful feedback in a tasteful way and it was easy to find THE dress thanks to her. The whole experience at Duchess Bridal was comfortable, fun, and wonderful. I was very disappointed with my experience here. I got engaged last November and made an appointment here later that month with my friends. I emailed them some of my inspo pics and advised them of my budget. The day of my appointment, my friends and I went to Duchess Bridal and met with Taylor the sales rep.
