Hasn't been to bad it's allot better now that Emily has taken over property manager she really goes out of her way to help the tenants the best she can and she's cleaned the place up pretty nice.
The manager has been courteous,friendly, and honest from the apartment showing to move in. I feel like this place gets more flak than it deserves . They’re not the biltmore, but a good value for your money in a nice location.
This place has really cleaned up. The new office lady Emily had been doing a great job. Love it
Living in this place was, without a doubt, the single worst year of my life. In summary: -Maintenance requests gone unanswered for the entire time I lived at the property. -multiple illegal businesses run out of the building including an auto mechanic and car salesman in the parking lot and at least one hair salon in apartments. -upwards of 5 listed phone numbers, none of which are the actual phone number anybody will answer. -rude neighbors that leave trash, rotting fruit, dog feces (yes, dog feces), and massive drywall hol... read more
