If your dealing with very simple transactions that have absolutely no possibility of turning into something difficult, then yes he’s an OK attorney. If anything goes wrong or you need an assertive attorney, he’s definitely not the guy. Poor communication, I spent most of the time talking to his secretary. - I thought this was normal until I changed lawyers and received calls directly from the attorney for most of the transaction. Wouldn’t recommend.
I highly recommend Mr. Duch as an attorney. He and his staff is very professional and courteous. I have found him very knowledgeable. He often goes the extra mile without making it seem like a huge inconvenience. He has handled everything from closings, wills, contract negotiations and various business deals. Great values, morals and ethics.
