They have nice collection and reasonable gold prices but customer service is not the best.
I would not recommend this gold shop. The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in—no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. When I asked about gold prices per gram, the staff gave conflicting information and wrote down different amounts than what was verbally stated. It felt misleading and untrustworthy.
