He thinks he is giving their jewelry to everyone for free that much attitude will never acceptable and be honest with customers which is very important unfortunately you don’t have that skill.
Very bad customer service and he is not right with their customers i bought a gold from him mistakenly i gave 40$ extra the next day when i went to the store and asked about my money he completely ignored me and treat it very bad some how i got my money from him w an argument. I don't recommend this jewelry store to any one they are not right people.

Very bad customer service skills. He thought I didn’t know Somali and said bad stuff about us while I’m standing in front of him. This is the 2nd time we are buying at this shop but we will never go back again. My husband bought the ring but Wallahi that guy ruined the whole experience. They are disorganized there is no organization for sizes… They don’t even know what they have so I kept having to try things on and he got mad about it. The whole time he seemed annoyed but it is their own failure…
Very rode! As shopkeeper he has to know the basic skill of customer which communication. I came all the way from Portland to buy some jewelry. He did not even talk to me properly and show me stuff. He kept talking in his language with some of his customers trying to avoid me.
