If you’re not personally paying this woman , And get her appointed after public defender then you are screwed. She was very rude!! She would not allow any of my family or significant other to be in the room with me while I Spoke with her! After I requested several times, I wanted them in there! She was terrible with my case and lied to me several times about what the agreements were, she Did not at all “defend” my case! This was one of the most rudest encounters I’ve ever had in my life. Not only does she ignore her clients, but she also seems to “not have time for them”. Word for word what she told me. A public official whose job is to fight for those who can’t fight for themselves. Please if anyone is looking for a lawyer, represent yourself before trying Duccini law. She takes cases just to yank them. I promise you.
Kathryn is a phenomenal attorney. I have never had the pleasure of liking an attorney nor had the kindness and professionalism offered. If I could give 10 Stars I would.
Kathryn is definetly above average. But she had failed to take down information i gave her. Later on she then scolded me for not telling her info that I know I did. I even gave her all the possible documentation that gave great detail. I dont know if she never looked at it or not but it seems she did not. Also she scolded me for handling a couple situation in a way she didn't like, yet never told me how to handle these situations beforehand.
