Could do with more transparency on invoices. I was quoted 430 a tonne on phone, but then invoiced 534.60. This is considered extreme high end pricing compared to others, further, it looks like such a tiny pile, so could only be a tonne at the most. It cleared my bank as I was only prepared for ONE tonne at 430. Not one tonne at 530. Will go elsewhere for now on, that 100$ was taken for whatever reason, invoice will not say. This business keeps sending me invoices at least 3 times a year despite the fact that I live in Canada. Never heard of them. Hire a new secretary
